Personal training is the best way to get started, stay motivated and gain results more quickly! Balance Health Clubs work with a team of freelance trainers who are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They will direct, assist, assess and ensure all members are getting the most out of their workouts while having fun! Balance has a personal training option for all needs.

We Are Open

Balance City and Balance Mayfield are open in a modified format providing access for Balance members only. Fitness Passport members will be able to access Balance Mayfield and City from 1 July. Find Out More.
