Logging into the Balance Collective app is quick and easy.

Logging into the app in 4 easy steps:

1. Simply search and download the Balance Collective app from your preferred App store.

2. Press Log in and then enter your email address and create a password . Remember to use the email address that you provided when you became a member

3. To finalise the creation of your account, check your email inbox and click on the confirmation link

4. Return to the app and click on the link “already confirmed” and you are all set up and ready to start using the app!

How to book crèche:

In need of some me-time? Book in the kids at Balance crèche and get ready to train, whilst they're having fun.


As the safety of our members, guests and staff remains paramount, we have updated our Conditions of Entry to reflect the local COVID-19 climate.

Effective immediately it is a condition of entry that you must be double vaccinated and masks are mandatory as of midnight, 23 December to enter our Balance Collective gyms. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

You will also be required to show vaccination proof to our staff upon entry. Get proof of your vaccination via the My Gov website. If you are medically exempt you will be required to present your medical contraindication certificate before entering our venues.

Due to the current local COVID-19 climate 24hr access to all Balance gyms has been temporary suspended until further notice. Members with 24hr access included in their membership will not be charged for the service over this period. Re-Load at Wests Mayfield is also temporary closed.

As per the NSW Health Government, businesses may continue requiring customers to be fully vaccinated and request to see proof of vaccination as a condition of entry to protect the well-being of staff and customers.
