Pranayama ( breathing )In this thirty minute class the instructor will guide you through the most appropriate technique for everyone on that particular day, for example, relaxation, meditation and pranayama (breathing). This is an exciting opportunity to work with more depth and time on your practice. All levels are welcome
Yin Yang YogaIn these classes you will experience the fantastic deep stretching and intensive release work of ‘Yin’ Yoga combined with the total body strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning of Power (Yang) Yoga. A full hour and a half allows for a complete and challenging work out where you are able to push your limits to the edge!
