Instructor provides plenty of queuing and technique for participant with each fundamental Pilates exercise, some props may be used in class, instructors recommend participating in at least 10-15 beginner classes before moving up to the Intermediate classes.

Pilates Reformer Advanced

– A fast paced class, little to no queuing or technique offered to run through the maximum amount of exercises as the classes are designed for experienced reformer practice, some props may be used in class.

Pilates Reformer Everybody - Beginner / Intermediate

The Everybody Reformer workout combines the Perfect 10 with Pilates Mat and Reformer exercises for a safe, intermediate and beginner friendly, whole body workout.

Pilates Reformer Intermediate

A quicker paced class than the beginner, less queuing and technique given by the instructor to move through more exercises during class, some props may be used, instructors will usually inform members who have regular attendance to intermediate classes if their ability allows them to progress to the advanced classes.
