Pilates Reformer Definition - Advanced

The definition Reformer workout is suitable for those who have a sound understanding of all the Reformer workouts and therefore a knowledge of the Pilates exercise system. Combines a fitness fusion component where Classical Pilates methods meet traditional gym workouts through the use of the Pilates Reformer.
