The safety and wellbeing of Balance Collective members and employees is of paramount importance and remains our top priority. Balance is closely monitoring and responding appropriately to the situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19) and advice provided by the NSW Government.

A number of NSW locations have been identified as hotspots for Covid-19 members and guests who have visited any of the locations listed by NSW Government at health.nsw.gov.au will not be allowed access to our gyms at this time.

Our COVID Safe plan includes our commitment to the wellbeing of members and employees, physical distancing, hygiene and cleaning as well as mandatory record keeping via the COVID Safe QR code check-in via Service NSW. Balance City and Balance Mayfield are open in a modified format providing access for Balance and Fitness Passport members only.
