3 ingredient Peanut Butter Mug Cake

You know when you're craving something sweet but didn't buy anything at the supermarket because you were trying to be healthy? Or when you're just too lazy to bake something warm and comforting. 

This three ingredient flourless, microwave peanut butter mug cake will be sure hit the spot.


  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp of your sweetener of choice (Maple Syrup, Honey or Rice Malt Syrup)


  1. Crack an egg into a mug and using a fork, mix the yolk into the whites.
  2. Add the Peanut Butter and sweetener to the mug and combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 to 1 and a half minutes

Enjoy :)

Top tip: Add chocolate chips or cocoa powder before cooking and top with ice-cream once it's done.
