The Balance team have been working hard to create a CovidSafe space for our members from the ground up, designed to provide you with a smart and safe training environment. Mindful of physical distancing it’s been freshly fitted out, with brand new floor coverings and lockers. We’ve even created new training zones and installed upgraded equipment, all laid out at least 1.5m apart for your safety.

Connect and meet friends with our brand new signature small group training! Access up to 3 complimentary group sessions every weekday morning, ramping up to over 30 sessions a week in March. Group training and our renowned hard and fast spin class experience will return from Monday 15 February. View Timetable.

Plus our biggest Half Price Membership* offer has been extended! What’s more our direct debit arrangements don’t kick back in until 1 March, so why not use the next 14 days to train for free at Balance New Lambton. It’s our way of saying thank you to our loyal members for their understanding and patience.


On the entry level, you will be greeted with our new Cardio Zone featuring:

A fully equipped loading zone catering to all areas of resistance training from free weight to pin and plate. The Base Zone is also home to spin classes and crèche where cleanliness and hygiene come first.

Balance at New Lambton is reopening soon? 

Yes on Monday 15 February at 5.30am we’ll be opening our doors to Balance New Lambton and Fitness Passport members.


What hours will Balance New Lambton be open?

Our Balance New Lambton hours of operation will be 5.30am-8pm Monday to Friday and from 7am to 11am on Saturdays. Balance New Lambton will be available to members 24/7 if they have the 24 hour access membership pass. Upgrade to 24/7 access for a one off $50 annual fee on your next visit.


What's changed at Balance New Lambton?

Our friendly service and welcoming environment remain, however the entire fitness facility has undergone a full refurb – from all new Precor equipment to the layout, fresh paint, floor coverings and new lockers. There’s also new small group training classes and the entire space has been laid out in CovidSafe zones, for your safety.


How do you book a session at Balance New Lambton?

Access to session bookings for the opening day Monday 15 February will be available from Friday 12 February from 12noon. To reserve your spot, please speak to a team member to book your session by calling (02) 4903 6202. Please note, voice messages will not hold a spot.

Session bookings from Tuesday 16 February will be open 1 (one) hour ahead of each session. Sessions that commence in the first hour of trading will be a first come, first serve basis. When will direct debit payments resume?
