Balance Collective

With over 90% of NSW residents now fully vaccinated, life continues to open up again with the further easing of COVID-19 restrictions under the NSW governments updated roadmap.

We acknowledge the local spike in COVID-19 cases, and will monitor the situation together with any advice from the NSW Government.

The updated rules which come into effect today include:

  • An end to mandatory mask-wearing for members and guests unless you choose to do so. NSW Health encourages masks to be worn in areas where you cannot socially distance.
  •  No density limits (previously one person per 2sqm). You can book a class via our NEW Balance Collective app to ensure you get a spot.
  • Proof of vaccination will no longer be required as a condition of entry for members or guests by Public Health Orders.

COVID-19 QR code check-ins will still be required to enter our gyms with our fully vaccinated staff ready to assist you with exciting new freedoms.

We proudly display our tick of approval as a registered COVID Safe business with the NSW Government.

We thank all our members for their patience and understanding and should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via phone or ask one of our friendly team members on your visit.

As the safety of our members, guests and staff remains paramount, we have updated our Conditions of Entry to reflect the local COVID-19 climate.

Effective immediately it is a condition of entry that you must be double vaccinated and masks are mandatory as of midnight, 23 December to enter our Balance Collective gyms. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

You will also be required to show vaccination proof to our staff upon entry. Get proof of your vaccination via the My Gov website. If you are medically exempt you will be required to present your medical contraindication certificate before entering our venues.

Due to the current local COVID-19 climate 24hr access to all Balance gyms has been temporary suspended until further notice. Members with 24hr access included in their membership will not be charged for the service over this period. Re-Load at Wests Mayfield is also temporary closed.

As per the NSW Health Government, businesses may continue requiring customers to be fully vaccinated and request to see proof of vaccination as a condition of entry to protect the well-being of staff and customers.
