In line with government-imposed restrictions, we have temporarily closed all Balance Collective health clubs effective from 2pm Thursday 5th August 2021. Our health clubs will re-open once advice is received that it is consider safe and that restrictions can be eased.
Balance Collective is closely monitoring and responding appropriately to the situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19) and advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health.
During the temporary closure due to government-imposed restrictions all Balance memberships will be automatically suspended with no suspension fees applicable. Balance members do not need to request a suspension of their membership, this will occur automatically effective immediately.
All active learn to swim, squad enrolments and holiday programs have been suspended, there will be no further charges / direct debits until we re-open. Parents will not be charged for lessons that are scheduled during this temporary closure. For lessons paid for in advance this will be credited towards future learn to swim programs or you can request a refund via email to email@example.com.
