Balance Collective

In line with government imposed restrictions, we have temporarily closed all Balance Collective health clubs.

Balance Collective is closely monitoring and responding appropriately to the situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19) and advice provided by the Australian Government Department of Health.

During the temporary closure due to government imposed restrictions all Balance memberships will be automatically suspended with no suspension fees applicable. Balance members do not need to request a suspension of their membership, this will occur automatically as at Monday 23rd March 2020.

All active learn to swim, squad enrolments and holiday programs have been suspended, there will be no further charges / direct debits until we re-open. Parents will not be charged for lessons that are scheduled during this temporary closure. For swim lessons paid for in advance this will be credited towards future learn to swim programs.

Members and guests are encouraged to check our official website and Facebook page  for the latest information. Members and guests can contact our customer team via email at or via our Balance Collective Facebook Messenger for all enquiries. Please leave your contact information, and you will be contacted by a representative who will provide the best support possible. Due to the high volume of enquiries, your response might be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Stay healthy and we will be in touch.

Balance Collective continues to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of its members, visitors and employees. Whilst our employees are regularly implementing our COVID Safe plan, we please ask all visitors to continue to practice physical distancing, hygiene and cleaning of equipment as well as mandatory record keeping via the COVID Safe QR code check-in via Service NSW.
