The next masterclass in our popular series at Balance City takes place on Thursday 7 December.

Your instructor Bex will help you unleash your true strength and potential by unravelling the truth behind how to allocate and activate your pelvic floor muscles.

This 90-minute class is perfect for regular gym goers, weightlifters, runners, dancers, group exercise lovers, yoga practitioners, Pilates people, pre/post pregnancy – in fact, anyone who wants to develop their awareness of their body through correct pelvic floor and lower abdominal activation.

So, bring a mat, water and sweat towel, and head to Studio 7 – Group Exercise Studio on Top Floor at Balance City. Everyone is welcome!

About your instructor: 

Bex started her body conditioning career ‘going to the gym’ regularly to maintain fitness and to try and look good! This enjoyment developed into a desire to understand her body and its mechanics more than just getting it to ‘do stuff!' Realising where her transverse abdominals and pelvic floor muscles were and actually how to activate them through Pilates literally changed Bex’s physical and mental life and she is eager to share this with others and to help them to do the same!
